The nose opens with black cherry, blueberry, and blackberry, layered with baked pie crust and cocoa powder. Vibrant acidity carries persistent fresh berry flavors across a plump mid-palate, closing long with dried cherries and clove.
A blend of Merlot and Malbec, it shows big fruit structure and medium-weight tannins. The winery suggests pairing it with Spanish paella or a grilled ribeye with shallots.
