Sourced from 1.4ha vineyards in Castiglione Falletto, Monforte, and Barolo, this wine undergoes a fermentation period of 7-8 days and a maceration period of 15 days. It is then aged for a minimum of 2 years in large Slovenian oak barrels (15hL-30hL) before being bottled, with the final determination made through sample tastings. After bottling, it is further aged for 12 months in a specially dedicated room. The production is limited to a mere 9,000 bottles.
