Bandolero Tremendos Robusto (5" x 50) is a full-bodied cigar handcrafted in Costa Rica by Selected Tobacco, the boutique house founded by Nelson Alfonso—renowned for his work on the Cohiba Behike brand. This robusto is wrapped in a natural Ecuadorian leaf, with a proprietary binder and filler blend that remains undisclosed, adding to its mystique.
Expect a complex flavor profile that unfolds in layers:
- Initial notes: Sweet caramel, figs, and a touch of pepper
- Mid-smoke: Cedar, earth, and espresso
- Final third: Mocha, leathery depth, and a hint of spice
